Tasks We run it

What it does

• Opening and closing checklists that reset every day
• Recurring rotations — deep cleans, stock counts, filter changes
• Sub-tasks, and one task that cannot start until another finishes
• Lanes and projects, so a hundred open jobs still read as a plan
• A staleness strip that shows what nobody has touched in a month

How it works

Work is linked to the thing that produced it — a commit, a decision, a document — so a task carries its own evidence instead of a status someone typed.

What it saves. Work that lives in one person’s head stops being the thing that fails when they are off.
