Schools, events & trades.

The verticals that came after. 4 of these 8 are running in a tenant’s ERP today — each one below says plainly which.

Learning

Courses, content and assessment — the teaching half of a school, coaching centre or training programme.

Live
What it does
  • Courses with a content tree — chapters, lessons, files, video
  • Enrolment, sections and self-enrolment for free courses
  • A question bank, with questions pulled out of uploaded papers
  • Timed mock exams, graded the moment the student submits
  • Assignments, submissions and a gradebook
  • Practice generated on the skills a student keeps getting wrong
  • An explanation of the mistake rather than the answer
  • Certificates at the end

One learning module, not an education product — a restaurant uses it for staff training and a coaching centre uses it for SAT prep, with the same screens.

Students

The learner record — who they are, what they are enrolled in, and whether the fees are paid.

Live
What it does
  • Profiles, guardians and contact details
  • Enrolment across courses and batches
  • Fee plans, instalments and what is outstanding
  • Attendance
  • A parent or guardian portal, with the guardian linked to the right learner
  • Streaks and progress, for the students who respond to them

It is the Customers module wearing a school’s vocabulary — which is why fees, invoices and marketing all work without a second integration.

Events & bookings

Gigs and bookings — the enquiry, the quote, the deposit, the day itself.

Live
What it does
  • An enquiry becomes a quote becomes a confirmed booking
  • Deposits and balances, settled and tracked separately
  • Availability checking, rescheduling and cancellation
  • Staff assigned to an event, with accept or decline
  • Packages you can reuse instead of rebuilding every quote
  • True cost and true profit per event once it is done

Bookings sit on the same calendar primitive as lessons and reservations, so one business can run all three without three systems.

Estimates

The quote a trade lives or dies by — measured in, branded PDF out, signed.

Live
What it does
  • Line items with tiered packages — good, better, best on one page
  • A branded PDF that looks like a company, not a spreadsheet
  • Send it, and see when it was opened
  • Accepted by signature, from a link, on a phone
  • A margin check before it goes, so the discount does not eat the job

The accepted estimate becomes the invoice without anyone retyping it, which is where the money usually leaks.

Lessons

Behind-the-wheel lessons — the hours, the packages and the compliance that goes with them.

Soon
What it does
  • Lesson booking against an instructor and a vehicle
  • Packages of hours, drawn down as they are taught
  • Permit, licence-stage and required-hours tracking per student
  • DMV and TLC expiry dates, and the exports that need them
  • No-shows recorded rather than argued about

Sits on the shared bookings calendar, so a driving school’s classroom courses and road lessons are one timetable.

Soon. The engine, the records and the compliance exports are built and tested. The instructor-facing screen is the next thing in this pack.

Guardians

A parent’s own login — attendance, results and fees for their child, without a phone call to the office.

Soon
What it does
  • A guardian account linked to one or more students, seeing only their own children
  • Attendance as it is taken, not summarised at the end of term
  • Quiz and exam results the moment they are released
  • Fees due, fees paid, and what is outstanding
  • Notices from the centre, in one place instead of a group chat

The centre never enters anything twice. A guardian sees a filtered view of records the teacher already keeps — which is why it costs the office nothing to run, and why the numbers a parent sees are the same ones the accountant sees.

Standards & mastery

Grading against what a student can actually do, rather than one number at the end.

Soon
What it does
  • Define the outcomes a course is meant to produce
  • Tie questions and assignments to the outcome they test
  • A gradebook that shows mastery per outcome, not just a percentage
  • Spot the chapter a whole batch is failing, not just the students who are
  • Report to a parent in terms of what was learned

An average hides the thing a teacher most needs: WHICH part they did not get. Mapping every question to an outcome turns a mark into a diagnosis, and the same mapping tells you when a chapter — not a student — is the problem.

Vehicles

The training fleet — which car, whose lesson, and when it was last serviced.

Soon
What it does
  • Vehicles with registration and status
  • A car attached to each lesson
  • Retire a vehicle without losing the lessons it taught

A vehicle is bookable in the same way an instructor is, so you cannot double-book either.

Soon. Records are in; the fleet screen lands with Lessons.
